You are the cowbird
And I am the cattle
Stop following me its absurd
you can't snore and dream at the same time

Direct Orders

Rock out like you just heard bass hunter on the radio (see playlist). Rock out like you just got accepted to college. Rock out like you were the last car to go through the green light. Rock out like you are on the red carpet. Rock out like the west side story does. Rock out like you just won a football game. Rock out like you just got the last bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. Rock out like you have long hair. Rock out like you have five min.s of class left and your teacher dismisses you early. Rock out like its spring break. Rock out like you just survived cancer. Rock out like you escaped the bad guys. Rock out like you just won a roller derby concert. Rock out like its your birthday everyday. Rock out like you are a little kid again. This is a direct order to Rock out.

Shake The Dust

This is for the kids who grew up, and for those who didn’t. This is for the parents with messed up kids. This is for those who are disappointed in themselves. This is for the unwanted, and the unheard. Shake the dust. This is for the animals in the zoo. For the 60 –hour-a week workers. For the jobless. This is for the unvisited parks. This is for the kids in Africa. For the kids in America. Shake the dust. This is for the kids who eat lunch alone. For the thoughtless. This is for the high school drop outs. For the non believers. Shake the dust. This is for the truck drivers going no where. For the death sentenced. Shake the dust. Shake it for me. We all become comfortable. That’s when it happens, the dust gathers, and becomes part of us. So, shake the dust. This is for the unheard musicians. Be heard. For the people who don’t dream. Dream on. This is for you. Shake the dust.
